Absolutely delightful, tranquil, secluded cottage, situated between the villages of Canillas de Aceituno and Alcaucin, at the foothills of La Maroma and walking distance to La Cueva de la Fajara which is a tourist attraction for walkers along with the water cascades. The property is approached via a short, good, dirt road and is completely invisible until you enter it´s driveway, tucked away amongst mature trees. A shady seating area leads to the front door where the cottage comprises living room with fireplace and wood burner, open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes, bathroom with washing machine. Door to high walled courtyard with sink and door to back of house where there is a barbecue and plenty of fruit trees. Attached to the house is a store room that houses the gas hot water boiler. This property is a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of modern life and yet only a 10 minute drive to the village of Canillas de Aceituno with is enormous swimming pool and many bars and restaurants.
