The location is excellent and very quiet. Just few meters from Guadalmar beach and its promenade with restaurants, bars and its "chiringuitos". Guadalmar is well connected to Malaga by bus with line 5 from the Rogelio Oliva stop (Hotel Guadalmar) right in front of our building to Alameda Principal (center).
Guadalmar is a coastal neighborhood next to the valuable surroundings of the mouth of the river Guadalhorce´s Natural Area, where some of the few virgin beaches on the Costa del Sol are still preserved. This area has an area of 64 hectares, and is a protected area due to its high value environmental, as it allows the settlement of a multitude of species that inhabit the place and makes it one of the main routes for birds that migrate through Europe and Africa.
The progressive evolution and its good communications and, above all, the notable tourist development have promoted the creation of both different residential spaces and complementary facilities. Thus, the neighborhood is home to a primary school and early childhood education and several hotel establishments, a leisure center such as Kitesurfing, shops, a tourist parador and the Parador de Málaga Golf golf course.
This beach has moderate waves and dark sand and is 400 meters long and 30 meters wide. Guadalmar beach is the only authorized naturist in the city of Malaga. Next to the main entrance is the area frequented by non-nudists, while the bottom area on the right is reserved for naturists. This beach is also recommended as an LGTB destination. JRG
