Very SUNNY house (west facing) in QUIET street, since the one who passes by it is that he lives on the same street. Very CLOSE to schools, Paddle Club, Mercadona, parks, bus stops ... but not close enough. so that they can be a nuisance. You can walk anywhere. Search the street on Google Maps and do not hesitate to stop by the area to check it.

-Optical fiber to the inside of the basement, allowing a maximum connection speed from the basement to the terrace.
-The urb. it is very quiet with 14 houses with resident families all year round. No tourist houses.
We enter through the basement and there is 1 distributor that takes you to 1 large storage room and 1 large room (with bathroom) that we use a lot as an office, play area, to watch TV, it is where the guests stay to sleep ... window that overlooks our garden which gives light and air to the room, which helps that there is no humidity.
On the ground floor is the main entrance, guest bathroom and a broom. Large kitchen with utility room and a living room with a closed fireplace. The living room could be extended with the terrace. There is also a garden that is very much enjoyed in summer.
The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. Before there were 3 rooms but we joined 2 of them and made 1 large.
